Record-breaking business of ₹6.05 lakh crore for Diwali
Diwali is ringing across the country. This year, sales have recorded a record high. The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) has revealed that a business of ₹6.05 lakh crore has been done. Confederation of All India Traders Secretary Praveen Khandelwal said that sales have increased by 25 percent (Rs.4.25 lakh crore) compared to last year. He said that 87% of people prefer domestic products, which has reduced the demand for Chinese products.
