Retrofitting of 7 More Aircraft This Year
New Delhi: Air India has announced that it will retrofit—or upgrade with new features—another seven of its Boeing 787-8 aircraft this year; these planes have long been a source of pride for the airline. The company noted that these aircraft are crucial for long-haul travel. While the specific aircraft in question landed in Delhi last Monday, the airline officially unveiled it on Sunday. This retrofitted aircraft, which features a total seating capacity of 250, offers three distinct classes: Business, Premium Economy, and Economy.
