Setback for Vishal Gunni in High Court
Amaravati: IPS officer Vishal Gunni suffered a setback in the High Court. The Division Bench stayed the orders issued by the CAT (Central Administrative Tribunal) on August 29 last year, which had directed the cancellation of his suspension orders, his immediate reinstatement into service, and the allocation of a posting. The Bench clarified that this stay order would remain in force until the next date of hearing. It further opined that a thorough inquiry into this matter was necessary.
