Silver suffers heavy losses in futures trading... ₹25,000 loss
Silver suffered heavy losses in futures trading today as well. Silver futures, which started with losses, at one point lost a staggering ₹39,847, falling to ₹2.25 lakhs per kg. It recovered later. As of 7 PM yesterday, it was trading at ₹2,57,912 per kg with a loss of ₹25,000. On the other hand, gold futures for the April contract also lost ₹10,688 at one point, but have now recovered and are trading with a profit of approximately ₹1000.
