Single Judge's Orders Cannot Be Stayed
**Amaravati:** The High Court Division Bench directed the Central and State governments, as well as the Central Vigilance Commissioner, to take appropriate action regarding a representation submitted by the Employees' Association. This directive was issued while setting aside—or disregarding—an observation made by a Single Judge in a previous verdict, which had noted that nothing appeared to be functioning properly within the Commercial Taxes Department (headed by IAS officer Ahmed Babu) or other related departments. The Bench, however, partially modified the Single Judge's orders.
