US Claims: Over 10 Iranian Navy Boats Destroyed
The ongoing conflict between Israel, the U.S., and Iran has now entered its 17th day. Relentless attacks are being launched from both sides. While Israel and the U.S. are conducting airstrikes deep within Iranian territory, Iran is retaliating with attacks involving drones and missiles. Meanwhile, the U.S. has claimed to have dealt a severe blow to the Iranian Navy, destroying more than 10 mine-laying boats.
Amidst the conflict, Iran has targeted Dubai. The Dubai Media Office stated that Civil Defense teams have successfully brought under control a fire that broke out near the city's international airport. The blaze was caused by a drone attack. The Dubai Civil Aviation Authority announced that it is temporarily suspending flight operations at the airport. Furthermore, in retaliation for the U.S.-Israeli airstrikes, Iran has launched hundreds of missiles and drones at Gulf nations—including the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. These attacks have targeted civilian infrastructure and energy facilities.
The conflict began on February 28, 2026, when the U.S. and Israel jointly launched large-scale airstrikes against Iran. These attacks resulted in the deaths of several senior officials, including Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The objective of the U.S. and Israel is to dismantle Iran's nuclear program and ballistic missile capabilities. Currently, attacks continue from both sides.
