Verdict on 'Justice Ghosh Commission' on April 8
Telangana: The High Court conducted hearings on petitions filed by KCR, Harish Rao, and IAS officer Smita Sabharwal, challenging the appointment of the Justice Ghosh Commission regarding the Kaleshwaram project issue. Lawyers representing the petitioners argued that their clients were initially summoned as witnesses but were subsequently included as accused parties. They contended that the Commission's report was contrary to legal principles. After hearing arguments from both sides, the court adjourned the delivery of its verdict to April 8.
