Wankidi MPP Meeting Highlights Farmers' and Public Issues
Wankidi, Aug. 5: Members at the Wankidi Mandal Parishad meeting demanded strict action against fertilizer traders allegedly charging farmers excessive prices without issuing receipts. They also raised concerns over unsafe electric poles, staff shortages in Anganwadi centres, lack of diagnostic facilities at the government hospital, and the absence of the mid-day meal scheme for eligible students. Officials assured that the issues would be addressed at the earliest.
