Amaravati: Criticism is mounting that YCP President Y.S. Jagan has developed a habit of behaving one way while in power and another after losing it. On Tuesday, he held a video conference from his Tadepalli residence with YCP general secretaries, regional coordinators, and district presidents. He alleged that CM Chandrababu failed to take preemptive measures despite knowing that the state would be affected by El Niño.
