10,000 Cracks on the Moon!
Scientists have discovered that the Moon’s interior is gradually cooling and contracting. This process is triggering extensive tectonic activity, which has resulted in the formation of cracks across the lunar surface. Over 10,000 such cracks have been identified so far. Experts warn that this could lead to more "moonquakes." Such seismic events pose a significant danger to astronauts landing on the Moon, conducting research, and even to spacecraft.
