1,135 Employees in Singareni Regularized as General Assistants
The management of Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) has issued orders regularizing 1,135 employees—currently working as 'badli' (substitute) workers or General Assistant Trainees—into the position of General Assistants. These employees had been awaiting regularization for the past two to three years. The management delivered this welcome news just ahead of the Diwali festival. The regularization orders apply to those who joined the company and have been working as 'badli' workers or General Assistant Trainees on or before December 31, 2025.
