Additional LPG for AP; When Will Telangana Get Its Share?
While the Central Government has allocated an additional 24,000 metric tonnes of LPG to Andhra Pradesh, Telangana is still awaiting a response to its request. Three days ago, Minister Uttam wrote a letter to the Centre requesting additional LPG specifically for commercial purposes. The hotel industry in Hyderabad has already suffered severe losses due to the prevailing shortage. As no response has been received from the Centre to date, Minister Uttam has traveled to Delhi to meet with central government officials.
