Alert for PNB Customers: These Accounts Will Be Closed After the 15th of This Month!
Punjab National Bank (PNB) has announced that, starting from the 16th of this month, it will close accounts that have remained dormant—meaning no transactions have been conducted for three years—as well as accounts with a zero balance. The bank stated that inactive accounts pose a potential risk of being exploited for fraudulent activities. It has advised users that if they wish to keep their accounts active, they must update their KYC details and complete a financial transaction by the 15th of this month.
