Anganwadi workers protest.. Jagan criticizes the government
Andhra Pradesh: YSRCP chief YS Jagan criticized the government's attitude towards Anganwadi workers and helpers who are fighting for guarantees as extremely despicable. He accused them of not only lathi-charging and detaining women, but also of not providing them with food and drinking water. He warned that people are watching your tendency to cross the river and make trouble. Jagan tweeted in the wake of the state-wide agitation yesterday over the arrest of several Anganwadi workers in the Vijayawada dharna.
