Another ₹250 Crore for Veligonda Project Displaced Persons
Amaravati: CM Chandrababu is set to release another tranche of funds on Saturday to compensate the displaced persons of the Veligonda project, honoring the promise to settle compensation before the project's inauguration. On Thursday, the Chief Minister handed over cheques worth ₹200 crore to displaced persons at the Assembly premises. On Saturday, Chandrababu will distribute another ₹250 crore to the displaced persons at his camp office in the presence of public representatives from Markapuram.
