In a village in the Shadiabad police station area, a father raped his own stepdaughter. The girl's mother filed a complaint on July 20, 2025. On September 26, the court sentenced the accused to life imprisonment and imposed a fine of one lakh rupees.
The special feature of this case is that the court completed the hearing in just 14 days, providing speedy justice to the victim. Five witnesses were presented by the victim's side during the trial. The accused father's name is Ram Avtar Prasad.

In Ballia, a 60-year-old man lured a 10-year-old boy to his home with toffees, snacks, and money. He then took him to a secluded spot and raped him. The Ballia district court convicted the accused man and sentenced him to 25 years in prison.
The accused's name is Surendra Gupta, and the court also imposed a fine of 20,000 rupees. According to information, the child who was raped is mentally challenged. Based on a complaint from the child's mother, a case was filed against accused Surendra Gupta under the POCSO Act and other relevant sections. During the court hearing, Surendra Gupta was found guilty.
