Demand to Update Pensions for Retired Bank Employees
Hyderabad: The All India Bank Retirees' Federation (AIBRF) has demanded that the Central Government update the pensions of retired bank employees. It was stated that this demand has been pending for many years and that retired employees are facing financial hardships due to the failure to update pensions. It was noted that pension updation is being implemented for Reserve Bank of India employees, and a similar measure should be adopted for retired bank employees as well.
