Devotees Flock to Yadagirigutta
Yadagirigutta: Owing to the summer holidays and it being a Sunday, devotees flocked in large numbers to the shrine of Lord Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy at Yadagirigutta. Approximately 40,000 devotees visited the *Swayambhu* (self-manifested) deities; the waiting time for a special *darshan* (viewing) was one hour, while the wait for a general *darshan* (*Dharma Darshan*) extended to two hours. The main temple, *Vrata Mandapams* (ritual halls), temple thoroughfares, *Prasadam* ticket counters, and sales outlets were bustling with the activity of devotees.
