Dheeraj’s Team Clinches APL Title
Hyderabad: The 'Mighty Marathas,' led by Vijayawada-based archer Bommadevara Dheeraj, won the Archery Premier League (APL) Season-2 trophy. In the final held here on Sunday, the Marathas defeated the host team, Kakatiya Knights, with a score of 6-2. In the preceding Eliminator-2 match, the Mighty Marathas defeated the Prithviraj Yodhas 5-3 to advance to the title clash. Meanwhile, Dheeraj and Sangeeta were named the best recurve archers, while Fullerton and Alejandra were recognized as the best compound archers of the APL (Archery Premier League).
