End of Naxalism by then: Amit Shah
Union Minister Amit Shah said that they are committed to ending Naxalism in the country. He spoke at the DGP and IGP conference held in Raipur. He said that Naxalism will be completely eradicated before the next conference. He said that the decisions taken by the Modi government in the past seven years to solve this problem are yielding positive results. In 2014, there were 126 Naxal-affected areas, but now they have reduced to 11.
