A few hundred kilos of flowers are used every day for the service of Tirumala Srivari. Do you know what is done with them? After the puja, they are not thrown out. They are taken to Tirupati. There, they are sent to the flower processing unit in the Sri Padmavati Ammavari Udyanavanam. In this unit, fragrant incense sticks and other spices are made from these flowers.
