Gold and Silver Prices Surge
According to the *Good Returns* website, today (May 13), the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold in the Hyderabad bullion market witnessed a sudden surge, rising to Rs 1,67,890. Compared to the previous closing price, the rate skyrocketed by a staggering Rs 13,910. The price of 10 grams of 22-carat gold also rose by Rs 12,750, reaching Rs 1,53,900. In the city, the price of silver also increased by Rs 20,000 compared to yesterday, reaching Rs 3.10 lakhs. Across the country, the average price of silver (per kilogram) also saw an increase of Rs 20,000.
