Petrol Price Hike Expected by the 15th!
Amidst a global surge in crude oil prices—with rates skyrocketing past $105 per barrel—public sector oil companies are planning to hike the prices of petrol and diesel. Reports suggest that the prices of both petrol and diesel are likely to increase by Rs. 4 to Rs. 5 per liter in the near future. Cooking gas prices are also expected to rise by Rs. 40 to Rs. 50 per cylinder. It is estimated that the announcement regarding these price hikes will be made before the 15th of this month.
