Hearing on Revanth's petition in cash-for-vote case postponed
Telangana: The Supreme Court has adjourned the hearing of the petitions filed by CM Revanth Reddy and former MLA Sandra, accused in the cash-for-vote case, to October 14. Revanth had filed these petitions saying that the case does not fall under the ambit of the ACB and Sandra had filed them after 2 years. The lawyers referred to the Supreme Court's verdict today upholding the High Court's order excluding Matthayya from the case. The bench ordered that copies of that verdict be attached.
