Lady bosses are on the rise..
Women's representation in leadership positions is increasing in the country, not only in corporate jobs. In 2016, 13% of corporate companies had female bosses, but now it has increased to 20%, according to a survey by 'Avtar'. It also said that 35.7% of women are in various levels of employment, 44.6% in the professional sector, 41.7% in ITES, 25% in pharma, 23% in FMCG, and 12% in manufacturing.
