No Interim Bail
Hyderabad: Bandi Sai Bhagirath, son of Union Minister Bandi Sanjay, received no immediate relief from the High Court. The High Court declined to grant interim protection against arrest in the POCSO case registered by the Petbasheerabad police, in which he is accused of sexually harassing a minor girl. The Court stated that it was reserving its verdict on the anticipatory bail petition filed by Bandi Bhagirath and that no interim orders could be issued at the current stage.
