Occupancy Certificate (OC) to be Withheld for Illegal Dumping of Construction Waste
Hyderabad: The government has banned the dumping of construction and demolition (C&D) waste in public areas within the state capital region. It has mandated that such waste be transported to government-designated processing centers. Strict action will be taken against violators, and the issuance of the Occupancy Certificate (OC) for the concerned building will be withheld if these rules are breached.
