"One Tola of Gold" Scheme Coming Soon: Minister Sridhar Babu
Telangana: Minister Sridhar Babu has clarified that the government intends to fulfill 100% of the promises made during the elections before their five-year tenure concludes. He stated that they would seek the public's votes only after fulfilling these commitments. He noted that the majority of their election promises have already been realized. He further announced that the scheme providing "one tola" (approximately 11.6 grams) of gold to eligible brides would be launched very soon. He lashed out at the opposition BRS party, accusing them of deliberately attempting to mislead the public by falsely claiming that the government had made “420 promises.”
