Sarees for Women in December: CM Revanth
Telangana: CM Revanth has shared good news with the women of the state. He announced that parrot-green colored sarees would be distributed to them in December. Speaking at a public meeting in Adilabad, he said, "In the past, we distributed 'Indiramma Sarees.' Our sisters wore them and came out looking as beautiful as *Palapittas* (Indian Rollers). This time, I am requesting Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka to release funds for the distribution of parrot-green sarees." "We will present sarees to our daughters, just as is customary during the traditional *Sare* ceremony (gifts from one's maternal home)," he stated.
