Payments via Eye Gaze
You can now make payments using just your gaze while shopping, eliminating the need to take cash, a phone, or a debit/credit card out of your pocket. Mukesh Ambani’s Jio showcased AI-powered glasses designed for this purpose at the 'India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2026'. Simply wearing these Jio AI glasses, looking at a QR code, and issuing a verbal command is enough to complete the payment. Through the 'Circles' feature on UPI, this method allows for single payments of up to ₹5,000 and a total monthly payment limit of ₹15,000.
