Permanent High Court Bench in Kurnool
Amaravati: State Minister for Minority and Law, NMD Farooq, clarified that a permanent High Court bench would soon be established in Kurnool. He stated that a site for the bench had been inspected and proposals had been sent to the Central Government. He noted that since the coalition government assumed office, a budget of ₹16,147.23 crore was allocated for minority welfare, with ₹9,759.70 crore spent over the last two years. Of this amount, ₹4,850.91 crore was spent directly on implementing welfare programs for minorities.
