Postings Issued to 25 DSPs Selected via Group-1 Exam
Amaravati: The State Government has issued postings to 25 Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs) who were selected through the APPSC Group-1 2025 examination. A Government Order (GO) issued on Tuesday stated that these appointments were made following a verification of the candidates' antecedents, intelligence reports, and the completion of their medical examinations. The order clarified that these appointments would be subject to the final verdicts regarding writ petitions currently pending in the High Court. It further noted that the appointments of candidates belonging to the Backward Classes (BC) category would also be subject to judicial decisions.
