New Delhi: The Central Government is gearing up to take action against individuals posting anti-government content on social media platforms. The Centre intends to issue direct notices to those who create such posts. Furthermore, the Central Government is preparing to initiate strict measures against those who share such posts as well. To this end, the Centre is introducing new proposals citing national security concerns.
