₹5 crore insurance… murder and then drama for a claim
A gang murdered a man who had an insurance policy worth ₹5.2 crore and played a drama with a fake wife to claim the entire amount. Gangadhar, a paraplegic from Kaulpet (KA), had insurance. The gang noticed him and killed him, put his body on a two-wheeler and hit it with a car. They made the woman in the gang file a claim. After learning about the dead body, the police questioned the real wife and found that the two-wheeler was not there. The entire gang was arrested.
