The government has undertaken massive land acquisition in the state capital, Hyderabad, for the construction of the bullet train corridor and other infrastructure projects. The government has already decided to acquire land in Bahadurguda, adjacent to Shamshabad International Airport, for the railway corridor project. A hub is being established here for bullet trains connecting Hyderabad directly to Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai.
