Fireworks workers must have insurance: CM Chandrababu
Andhra Pradesh: CM Chandrababu Naidu has ordered a compensation of ₹15 lakh each for the deceased in the firework explosion incident in Konaseema (D) Rayavaram. Officials reported that 14 people were manufacturing in the same shed and that the accident occurred due to a spark caused by the use of hard material. CM Chandrababu Naidu has ordered that PD cases be filed if the firework manufacturers do not follow the rules. He wants the workers to have personal insurance.
