It is time for the municipal ‘poll’!
Telangana: Everything is ready for the municipal poll. Polling will be held in 7 municipal corporations and 116 municipalities in the state from 7 am to 5 pm today. 12,944 candidates are in the fray for 2,981 wards. More than 52 lakh voters will exercise their right to vote as 8,203 polling stations have been set up. Officials have advised voters to carry identity cards like voter/Aadhaar/PAN/driving with them.
