No Grace Marks!
Amaravati: Dr. Sai Sudheer, Registrar of NTR Health University, announced that—in accordance with National Medical Commission (NMC) regulations—students who fail MBBS examinations will not be awarded any grace marks. He noted that the NMC does not provide for the allocation of grace marks under the competency-based examination system. He further clarified that medical students are required to secure a minimum of 40 percent marks in theory and 40 percent in practicals for each subject, with an overall aggregate of 50 percent marks required in every subject.
