Precautions before using cosmetics
A study in ‘Environmental Science & Technology Letters’ has revealed that cosmetics that are loved by women contain carcinogens. It was found that formaldehyde is used in soap, shampoo, skin lightener, eyeliner, and eyelash glue in large quantities. It can lead to respiratory problems, allergies, and even cancer in the long term. Before buying cosmetics, one should check the chemicals used in them.
