Putin to visit India on December 4
Russian President Putin's visit to India has been finalized. He will be on a two-day visit to the country at the invitation of Prime Minister Modi. He will participate in the 23rd India-Russia Annual Summit to be held on December 4 and 5. On this occasion, he will participate in bilateral talks with Prime Minister Modi. Putin's arrival gained significance when the US imposed additional tariffs on India for buying oil from Russia.
