We Will Impose a Heavy Fine!
New Delhi: The Supreme Court expressed its displeasure regarding a petition filed by the ACT (ACT) Public Welfare Foundation concerning Phase II works of the Hyderabad Metro. The Court questioned the rationale behind approaching it while the matter was still under adjudication in the High Court. It warned that it would be compelled to impose a heavy fine for the filing of such petitions.
