Commencement of Lakshmi Narasimha Jayanthi Celebrations
The Jayanthi celebrations for Lord Lakshmi Narasimha were ceremoniously inaugurated in accordance with scriptural traditions at both the main temple in Yadagirigutta and the Old Gutta temple. The influx of devotees at the Lord's holy shrine has surged. With the commencement of the Jayanthi celebrations coinciding with a Sunday, devotees arrived at the shrine in large numbers to seek the blessings of both Hari and Hara (Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva). While 36,000 devotees visited the shrine, the waiting time for VIP *darshan* was half an hour, and for *Dharma Darshan* (general free *darshan*), it was one and a half hours.
