Free cervical cancer vaccine!
Telangana: The state government has taken a key decision to protect girls from the threat of cervical cancer. The HPV vaccine will soon be distributed free of charge to 4 lakh girls aged 14-15. It is noteworthy that each dose of this vaccine in the market costs Rs. 2-4 thousand. 4 thousand people are affected by this cancer every year in the state. With this, the government will vaccinate them free of charge to prevent the disease before it occurs.
