'NOTA' option in local elections!
Telangana: The NOTA option will also be available in the MPTC and ZPTC elections. The Election Commission is printing it on the ballot papers. If the voter does not like any of the candidates, he can vote for the NOTA option at the end. The ballot paper will first have the symbols of national and regional parties. Then there will be those recognized in other states, those with registered symbols reserved, registered parties without symbols, and finally independents.
